Every city's downtown is unique, with different needs. Tampa lacked a grocer downtown since the 1960s until we incubated a small store. Brooklyn needed jobs when we helped build a distribution center so local makers could ship nationally.  Other neighborhoods just want a natural wine bar.  The Renshaw Companies strive to maximize investments by listening to neighbors and redeveloping historic buildings with a civically responsible approach.
